This machine automates the placement of valve bags onto most valve bag fillers with one of the fastest robots in the industry. The other key piece of this system is the bag carousel, which is what really sets us apart from our competitors.

The carousel system is designed to eliminate the time it takes to do bag changeover with our Live Load bag carousel.

This is a high-capacity system that can store up to 400 bags of multiple different sizes at once. There is no need to make any adjustments to switch between bag sizes once they’re loaded. No adjustments. No tools. No downtime.

When it does come time to re-load bags, this can be done safely, from outside of the cage, while the robot is still running consistently.
