Arpac Brand LT Robotic Palletizer Model
Our Arpac Brand Robotic Palletizer LT Model is offered as a pre-engineered cell for a cost-effective and ready-made solution. Robotic palletizing offers consistent, predictable production. They improve quality, minimize rework, and can operate 24/7 – while handling heavy/bulky products and preventing injuries.
The cell includes a multi-axis robot and dual zone vacuum plate gripper to securely handle one or two cases at a time. A “smart” infeed conveyor singulates product for picking and automatic pallet handling discharges completed pallets and loads empties. We utilize Yaskawa Motoman’s Pallet Solver® software that dramatically simplifies product set-up and pallet pattern management. For enhanced safety, we include the Robotic Functional Safety Unit (FSU) along with a fully interlocked operator door and light curtain.
