Storm Series Continuous Motion Vertical Form, Fill & Seal Baggers

The nVenia Storm Series dual-tube Continuous Motion Vertical Form, Fill & Seal (VFFS) Machines produce ultra-high-speed pillow and side-gusset bags at up to 390 bags per minute. The dual-tube design delivers twice the capacity of a single-tube machine in the same footprint.

The Storm handles food items like coffee, nuts, and snacks, as well as industrial and specialty products such as hardware, pet food, and chemicals. Continuous motion reduces film wear, cushions fragile products, and creates controlled airflow to contain dust and improve seals for powders.

Built with 304 stainless steel contact surfaces and precision servo-driven “D” motion seal jaws, the Storm ensures smooth operation and consistent sealing. Paired with a nVenia dosing system, it centralizes line control through a 15” icon-based HMI.

Standard features include advanced film tracking, motorized film unwind, automatic stop on film runout, and 5-minute changeovers. Optional features include vacuum film drive belts, reclosable systems, carry handles, nitrogen flushing, thermal transfer printing, label application, valve insertion, and more.
