Product Spotlight: Model 600NW Servo Gravity Bagging Scale

A long-time nVenia bagging equipment customer recently added our new Model 2090 Form, Fill & Seal  automated bagging machine to one of their many bagging lines.  

The Model 2090 features a wide variety of core design improvements over previous HAMER Brand Form, Fill & Seal bagging machines.  

Included in these improvements are an all-new belt path design that increases speeds and reduces operator interaction, new MaxFill fill opening design offering greater product flow, upgraded SEW Eurodrive motors, an all-new bag top seal design and much, much more.  

By fine-tuning their Model 2090 to maximize their bagging run rates, our Bird Food customer is consistently running their 4 lb bag at 38 to 40 bags per minute. This rate is 15-20% faster than they were able to achieve with previous HAMER Brand automated bagging equipment.
