Hamer Brand Model 7800 Net Weigh Scale

The Model 7800 is an electronic simplex scale system that maximizes its performance with free flowing, dense product types. The unit comes with a 2.1 CF air operated double-door weigh hopper suspended from dual strain gauge weigh sensor modules mounted in a dust-tight, air purged compartment. Operated by a programmable logic control (PLC) system that operates a two-stage feeder system, gravity bulk and gravity dribble for the -GG version and gravity bulk and vibratory dribble for the -GV version. The operator inputs the desired product weights for each production run and monitors the system for ongoing weight accuracy. Based on flow characteristics of the product(s), the 7800 simplex scale will process up to 20 bags per minute. Fills flat and gusseted multi-wall paper, polyester and woven polypropylene bags ranging from 10 to 24 inches in width. Air consumption is 3.5 SCFM @ 60PSI constant. Fischbein may require product samples and bags for testing purposes.
